About

Livina Press started as an idea for a recently-graduated student who received her Bachelor's in English. After months of debating, Livina Press: A Literary Magazine was born.

One year later, in 2023, with three standard issues and one special issue under the magazine's belt, Livina Press expanded to include more opportunities for writers and authors.

The goal for the future is to continue expanding, and we would love to have you along for the ride.

Livina Press is independently run by Laci Felker. She graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in creative writing and a minor in history. She received her Paralegal Studies Certificate through LSU's Online and Continuing Education program in May 2023, and currently works as a paralegal in Florida.

Since she graduated, she has been published in various literary magazines such as The Elpis Pages: A CollectiveLevatio, Otherwise Magazine and a local Baton Rouge magazine called Country Roads.

She has been writing for as long as she can remember and hopes to obtain more acceptances in the future and work on a novel idea that she would like to one day publish.
